KWSP (EPF) Education Withdrawals

 Complete the Application Form: Begin by filling out the GIT Academy application form.

​ Payment: Choose to pay either the Registration Fee or the Full Course Fee.

 GIT Academy’s Administration Team will prepare the necessary documents required for your KWSP Education Withdrawal application.

You have two options for utilizing your KWSP savings:

1. Partial Payment:

   • Pay the Registration Fee initially.​
   • Apply for a KWSP withdrawal to cover the remaining course fees.
     ​

2. Full Payment:

   • Pay the Full Course Fee to GIT Academy upfront.​
   • Subsequently, withdraw the equivalent amount from your KWSP Account 2 to reimburse yourself.

 Visit a KWSP Branch: Present the following original documents:​

• • Identification Card (IC)​
  • SPM Certificate or other relevant certificates​
  • GIT Academy Documents prepared by our administration team​

 Submission: Hand over these documents to the KWSP officer for processing.

Approval & Payment Disbursement

  Immediate Acknowledgment: Receive initial approval at the KWSP counter.​

  Processing Time: KWSP Headquarters will process the payment within 2-3 weeks.​

  Payment Methods:

• • To Your Savings Account: If you reimbursed yourself after full payment.​
  • To GIT Academy: If the withdrawal is directed to us, payment will be made via cheque sent through POS Laju.

• Timely Payment: Ensure all payments are settled before the class commencement date.

• Tax Benefits: All official receipts from GIT Academy are eligible for income tax exemption under the education category “Vocational, TVET”.​
