Tourist Guide Course
The Tour Guide License is issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) upon completes Tour Guide Course and passes an examination.
TTEC Course
Travel & Tours Enhancement Course (TTEC) is a requirement for travel agencies renewing their business operating license (KPL/KPK) with the MOTAC. The TTEC certificate is valid for 5 years, effective 2020.
CTRE Course
To renew the Tourist Guide Licence, 6 Continuous Tourism Related Education (CTRE) certificates must be acquired within 2 years.
Mesra Malaysia Course
MESRA MALAYSIA (Friendly Malaysia) is the name of a world-class training programme by the MOTAC. Its origin could be traced all the way back to 1986 when the World Expo was held in Canada at Vancouver.
Tour Leader Course
Tour Leader Course cover the knowledge and skills in conducting pre-tour briefings for outbound travel groups, lead tour groups across international borders and providing service recovery for emergencies and tour group conflicts during outbound travel.
